Today I am a bit overwhelmed with excitement for the road ahead. Sure I face challenges: personal, family, church, and job, but taking on these difficulties is the stuff of life.
All of us have needs and things to do, and as I’ve made plans and prayed for my prayer list today this prayer of Paul’s has been incorporated both for myself and those I’ve brought before the Lord: “And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.” (1 Thes 5:23) -PB
