To be a true disciple of Jesus is a tremendous goal. To attain unto it requires not a mere interest in Jesus but commitment to the cost. Failing to count the cost has a price of its own.
Jesus warned that those who begin to build a life for Christ. And then stop become a parable: “This man began to build, and was not able to finish.” Luke 14:30.
As we plan for next year, let us know anything done for Christ will come with opposition, but these things will be those of eternal value. Let us be careful to finish. -PB
