In this chapter David is in a life storm, he is tossing on his bed. He takes control of his emotions to know it is a temporary situation (v10), remember the quiet working of God (vs 12 and 13), and God’s power (v14). God not only works in the quiet of the sanctuary but also the storms of the sea/life (v19). He leads, and His people are never alone. -PB
